About Our Client

Client is a USA brand and with low turn-over for Taiwan business. They are expecting to have triple sales growth in the next 3 years.

Job Description

- Fully understanding company strategy and direction in order to develop and execute effective training programs to support sales force

- Plan and execution of training programs/activities, include plan and manage execution of train the trainer

- Plan and execute training programs and classes through trainers on team building skills

- Initiate e-communication channel/tool and plan to enhance sales communication efficiency and promote career opportunity

The Successful Applicant

- At least 5 years of experiences in sales education or related position, in sales function or cosmetic industry

- Flexible, patient and with great enthusiasm

- Good communication, presentation and coordination skills

- Proficiency in English ability

- Leadership and development skills
