工作說明：

?Support engineering projects at the site to ensure compliance with asset integrity guidelines, as a key stakeholder for the project team.

?Provide input and data to support new business cases based on process modifications and/or modifications of existing operation.

?Develop & drive a maintenance plan for the site to ensure reliability of rocess equipment and site infrastructure.

?Provide detailed specialist knowledge (either direct or via third party functional advisers) for solving equipment, process and system problems at the site.

?Identify opportuntities and make suggestions for improvement in reliability of key process equipment, using appropriate metrics.

?Move towards gaining functional excellence in local codes/standards, total productive maintenance, manufacturing

?Execute applicable AkzoNobel policies, guidelines, processes, methodologies, working methods and systems

?Use functional knowledge to drive equipment uptime while driving down maintenance cost.

?Ensure proper staffing, (functionally) lead, coach, appraise and develop maintenance technicians, operators, and staff as appropriate.

?On site management of contracted services as per AkzoNobel Guidelines.

?Manage a strong relationship with site management, internal and external customers.

?Build and maintain a network within HSE, ISC, CAPEX procurement in the company
