工作說明：

?Responsible for the inbound and outbound planning of stock for the categories/departments under their management, ensuring both objectives of inventory control and demand fulfillment are achieved and in line with company targets.

?Monitors product sales performance, and actively obtain market information from both internal & external parties to plan and adjust replenishment parameters

?Implement inventory procedures as designed and recommends improvement areas

?Supervises Supply Chain Supervisors to ensures procedures are being implemented as designed.

?Informs Senior Supply Chain Manager of any stock holding problems which may have a significant impact upon company’s performance & results

?Ensures effective and efficient communication with Trading, Store Operations, Distribution Centre, other relevant departments and suppliers

?Update knowlege of factors affecting the demand & supply of the categories/departments they are responsible for

?Lead and manages people so that they are equipped with the skills and experience necessary to perform their roles

?Responsible for leading internal and external projects

?Coordinate different resources and monitor the project progress to ensure timely delivery
