工作說明：

? Direct and manage the Biz & Product planning & development, and sourcing strategies and processes, coordinated with cross functional groups.

? Be responsible for product’s abilities in helping meet the Company’s top/bottom lines goals.

? Develop and implement corporate business plans and strategies, including efforts to maximize the role of suppliers in establishing and maintaining development initiatives.

? Develop decision making tools to drive engineering, product development, and sourcing enhancements, efficiencies, metrics and total cost improvement.

? Continuous benchmarking to ensure engineering, product development and sourcing leadership.

? Value chain optimization through negotiations and contracting.

? Ensure current and future contract alignment with strategic sourcing initiatives.

? Alignment of supply agreements that meet and/or exceed customer expectations and requirements.

? Work with parallel organizations in Sales, Marketing, Quality operation, Engineering Supporting, Customer Operation in support of product strategies.

附加條件：

1. University or above, major in Business Management or Engineering.

2. With 10+ years of significantly related experiences in Monitor/Display business development, product marketing, management, development, procurement, and/or manufacturing and Thorough knowledge of product development, engineering, budget management, and quality processes.

3. 5+ years in management / supervisory capacity and a proven record of accomplishment and increasing responsibility.

4. Good command of both written & spoken in Chinese & English.

5. Strong background in Business/Engineering Management.

6. Strong background in contract negotiations.

7. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, staff development, team building and mentoring skills.

8. Must be flexible and willing to deal with change and ambiguity.

9. Must be entrepreneurial, a self-starter, visionary and proactive.

10. Ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers.

11. Customer and end-user focused.

12. Proven tract record of effective relationships with executives, internal and external.

13. Willing to travel.
