工作說明：


1. Responsible for the preparation of subsidiary financial statements.

2. Manage month-end and year-end close process.

3. Prepare and approve journal entries and intercompany transactions.

4. Prepare and distribute timely and accurate financial statements to both internal management and external users.

5. Review and perform general ledger account analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements.

6. Research and correct account discrepancies as appropriate.

7. Update and maintain balance sheet account reconciliations for monthly and quarterly reviews and annual audits and filings.

8. Prepare monthly financial statements for joint ventures

9. Provide financial expertise to subsidiary management to assist in various strategic and operating decisions.

10. Supervise, train and mentor accounting staff on all accounting functions

4.Knowledge of manufacture business is a plus


5.Experience with Consolidating Financial Report( 合併報表) is a must


6.Experience in SAP System is a plus
