About Our Client

Our client is world leading provider in IT industry, specific in IT services and solutions. With 15000 employees, they have built a strong business presence in US. Currently they are seeking a HW design engineer to expand their market in Asia.

Job Description

1. Reviewing customer‘s project schematics and layout using Client tools and design guide

2. Assisting customers in designing projects with special marketing segments or involving large volume

3. Supporting marketing and technical events by showcasing Client technology or presenting technical material

The Successful Applicant

You should possess a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent working experience) with more than four years of experience in hardware designing of phone/ tablet, embedded, or IA projects. Additional qualifications include:

1. Deep analytical skill sets of identifying and analyzing hardware and/or electrical problems, solutions and able to provide guidance to the customers

2. Highly motivated and willing to apply creativity and/or innovative solutions in platform level

3. Broad knowledge on tablet platform components, like touch panel, WiFi module, sensors, camera...

4. Good customer interface and/or presentation skills in English and Mandarin

5. Strong communication skills to work in the team as well as to work with customers and other BU

6. Willingness to travel for local visits and international events
