3. Support the technical development of new products and start up of running products at new suppliers.

4. Actively work with production efficiency and product adaptation in order to reduce cost.

5. Open minded and show high integrity

6. Good communicator and team player

7. Result-oriented with a 〝hands on〝 practical approach
