工作說明：: 1.Ensure the FD daily shift operation runs smoothly

2.Experience working in an international hotel for a minimum of 2 years as a Front Desk Agent

3.Excellent Microsoft Office Skills

4.Excellent in Opera Skills

5.Excellent presentation and communication skills.

6.Ability to conduct the training course for the Front Desk Associates

7.Ability to keep the team motivated

8.Ability to work under pressure

9.Ability to communicate across different departments throughout the hotel

10.Committed to providing superior customer service

11.Flexible to work a variety of shifts including nights , morning and afternoon if necessary

12.Ensure the guest complain is well- handled

13.Track and relay GEI scores information and SPG Enrolment Statistics to Talent and ensure targets are met.

14.Well greeting and service recovery skills.

15.Track and relay Loyalty program Enrolment Statistics to Talent and ensure targets are met the Hotel target.

16.Providing guest services in accordance with the objectives, performance and quality standards.
