工作說明：: 職責要求

- Responsible for launch of e-book business in Taiwan

- Post launch, lead operation of Kobo business in Taiwan (team management, operations, P&L)

Leads the business to become No 1. including developing strategy, planning campaigns, improving operations, and managing execution.

'As a head of the Taiwan e-book business, he or she will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including strategy planning, budgeting, service development, organization management, compliance and so forth.

Related Parties: Mainly publishers, distributors, conversion houses, associations, government'

任職資格

- English: Business Level (to present strategy and performance to Rakuten and Kobo management)

- Chinese: Mother language

- More than 5 years working experience in the Taiwan publishing industryor familiar with it / e-book business

- Proven track record of managing organizations

- Ability to develop strategy to compete with competitors and to expand the business

- Excellent communication skills to develop cooperative relationship with stakeholders, both external and internal

- Understanding of fundamental management knowledge (Finance, Accounting, HR, Legal, etc.)
