1.Provides front-line technical service to customers in the Greater Asia Region, in particular Taiwan and ASEAN.

2. Supports the product development team by leading trials at pilot customers and giving technical feedback to the project team for further optimization.

3.Gathers market and competitor information and feeds this into the commercial and marketing teams.

附加條件：

1. At least 3 years technical service experience or processing engineer in plant in TPU/TPE/Elastomer/Plastic industry. Expertise in injection molding, extrusion or other plastic processing methods.

2. Automotive or Footwear experience would be beneficial as would a good understanding of TPU manufacturing, processing and customer applications.

3. Able to work within a relatively complex and fragmented product/customer portfolio.

4. Able to operate professionally and effectively across a range of different cultures.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills with capability to interact with all levels in the customer organization.

6. Flexible in approach, able to focus on selected areas and to operate in a fast moving, dynamic environment.

7. Hands-on approach and able to work proactively and independently.

8.Good English & Mandarin writing & speaking.
