工作說明：: 1. Leads team to successfully develop products conforming to the users’ needs, market analysis, and stakeholder’s feedback

2. Guide and review the team members to successfully deliver the goals for quality, schedule, and budgeted resources on your assigned projects

3. Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and lean startup environment

4. Establish product development framework and standards in front-end team

5. Accountable for the technical growth/evolution and stability of development team from technical aspects

6. Has strong technical overview (architecture and design) and sufficient technical depth of all line products.

7. Work closely with product management team to ensure we are building the best products

附加條件：: 1. 5+ years working experiences in software/information service industry with strong competencies in data structure, algorithms, and software design; 2. 3+ years hands-on experiences in one or more of the following languages: Python, Java, MR, Spark, Scala, or R; 3. 3+ years experiences with NoSQL Databases and Technologies like MongoDB, HBase, ?K, Cassandra, or Graph Databases; 4. A deep understanding of Hadoop Stack (one or more of the following areas): Map Reduce, Spark, HDFS, Hive, HBase, Hive, Sqoop, Flume, and Yarn; 5. Experience with ETL and Complex Event Processing; 6. Experience with state of the art development tools (Git, Jenkins, Bugzilla, CMake…) and of the Apache Hadoop eco system; 7. Knowledge in design patterns and object oriented programming; 8. Be a strong, committed, reliable team player with a strong service ethic; as well as being a proactive networker, a self-starter and self-motivated; 9. Contributions to Open Source projects in the Hadoop eco system are a big plus; 10. Experience in developing large scale systems is a big plus
