工作說明：

薪資福利待遇：（約匯率1：24）

1. 每月底薪：新幣3,300-3,500元/月，『約台幣79,200-84,000元/月』

2. 上班時間：一週6天，每天上班9小時

工作職責：

The CRM, Senior Executive is responsiblefor the planning and tactical execution of CRM marketing campaigns and projects. It will also include data mining and analysis and database management.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience executing email marketing campaigns along with reporting, database management and development based on approved brand templates.

?Responsible to dive customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted CRM campaigns.

?Proficient experience with email marketing software, in particular Emarsys social media platforms, and additional marketing channels.

?Performs day-to-day execution of CRM and email marketing activities to drive business growth; including list management and data pulls, set-up , testing, execution, reporting and optimization.

?Leverages historical campaign results to guide future campaign messages, and implements segmentation and behavioral marketing messages based on customer preference, buying behavior, past campaign performance and marketing objectives.

?Understands CRM projects; particularly email marketing from a technical point of view- serves as the main point of contact for data integration for multiple platforms and systems ensuring integrated program management and optimal use of third party programs and partnerships.

?Responsible for the development, implementation, and reporting of CRM campaigns performance and overall effectiveness; including summarizing the key insights and offering recommendations.

?Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team as well as other departments on CRM campaigns execution.

Requirements

?Minimum 2-4 year’s hands-on experience in CRM/email marketing.

?Minimum 1-2year’s hands-on experience in data mining/analysis and database management.

?Working knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation solutions.

?Demonstrated experience in working and databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms.

?Ability to analyze data issues and produce working solutions.

?Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis.

?Good written and verbal communication skills.

?Proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel , Word, PowerPoint and overall strong computer skills.

?Basic understanding of HTML and CSS coding for emails is preferred.

?Excellent team playerand interpersonal skills.
