工作說明：

BASIC PURPOSE：Key co-pilot to the Factory Director, playing a strategic role to help shape and drive the sites future cost competitivness. Provide the business link to activities and projects, challenge and ensure strong commited delivery happens on all projects. Main site link to region for projects, CAB, COGS/productivity delivery, KPI Performance, activity management etc. Ensure strong data driven decisions on the local site. Data management on site to ensure consistency in reporting etc。ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：? CAB Management on site, shaping, strategy, spend profile, BIDS & IRR Support ? KPI and Metric reporting and analysis to feed CI process (NQC, OEE, Labour etc) ? Scenario planning and Modelling to share site future cost competitveness ? Site COGS 3％ delivery in productivity and tracking (Link to WIRC) ? TPM FI Pillar and team support ensuring improvements in line with plant cost loss model ? Ad Hoc Support (Business case, data analysis) ? Activity management on site ? SCMR Support ? Labour planning: analysis of long term capacity and labor balance to ensure effective labor utilisation ? Member of factory Management team ? Strategy development and target setting ? Capability building on site around data, analysis, CAB etc。Qualifications & Experience：? Engineering, logisitics, Finance Degree prefered ? Strong Financial understanding (P&L) ? Operations shop floor experience ? Engineering experience, running projects (CAB) ? Knowledgeable in TPM practices including experience leading and implementing initiatives. ? Effective communication, facilitation (including public speaking), organization, and analytical skills。Competences：? Dealing with Ambiguity ? Managing and Measuring work ? Strategic Agility ? Managing Vision & Purpose ? Perspective ? Decision Quality ? Standing Alone，Report to：Factory Director(廠長)、英文中等，(沒有帶人)。
