工作說明：: ABOUT THE JOB

ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND

Our client, a leading player in retail cosmetics products over 130 countries, owns 23 global brands worldwide which bring annual sales superior to 50 million euros. They have continuing growth business by providing products which are innovative, highly effective, practical and pleasant to use, and which are manufactured to the most demanding standards of quality and safety. To manage the growing business in Taiwan, our client is currently seeking a high caliber candidate for the position of National Sales Manager.

LOCATION

Taipei, Taiwan

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP

National Sales Manager reports directly to the GM of Taiwan.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities and priorities of the position will include, but not be limited to the following:

?Direct the sales team to service 1,000 selected top salons with set strategies and action plans in order to support continuous growth of sales volume and in-salon market share

?Build stronger business relationships with key salon customers to ensure superior / premium brand image / presence

?Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify business opportunities for further business growth.

? Control and manage the sales expenditures to help achieve P&L objectives.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The highly motivated and seasoned candidate for this role will have:

?10 years solid and in-depth experiences in Retail or FMCG industry

?Fluent in English and Chinese?

?Should be good at negotiation and analytical skills.

?Demonstrated ability to lead, drive, and push things forward in an innovative manner; willing to take challenges and initiate change management.

?Strong positive interpersonal and communication skills influencing and working cross-functionally across all aspects of the company.

?A “can-do” and “will-do” attitude with respect to accomplishing goals and satisfying the needs of customers.

?Should be fluent oral and written in English and Chinese; can communicate in French is a plus.

EDUCATION

A Bachelor’s degree is required, and MBA is preferred.

COMPENSATION

A competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate based upon capabilities and professional experience.
