About Our Client

Our client is a leading supplier of diagnostic equipment into the Consumer Health Category. Founded more than 30 years ago, they are committed to helping people live healthier lives by taking control of their own health and giving them the tools to manage it. They are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead their Product Marketing team in their Taiwan HQ.

Job Description

-Oversee all aspects of new product development from concept to launch, including market analysis, product specifications, packaging, and instruction manuals.

-Lead cross-functional team to successful implementation of projects.

-Work closely with back-end team at Asian factories to communicate our needs and to ensure that new products are launched correctly and in a timely manner.

-Identify viable line extensions within the categories.

-Develop action plans to target those opportunities.

-Identify opportunities for product refinement and changes to improve user interaction, reduce costs, or improve efficiencies.

-Conduct market research projects as needed for packaging design and messaging, and new product development.

-Develop and implement marketing strategies to complement and drive Sales.

-Be the brand champion across both branded and Private Label lines.

-Work closely with customers‘ art directors to ensure package designs meet customer standards.

-Modify products, collateral, and other materials to reflect and accentuate the customer‘s defined image.

-Develop messaging and tools for marketing and sales materials.

Recognise company or product achievements, write and coordinate press releases as needed.

The Successful Applicant

* Experience leading change in a matrix environment, and influencing across multiple levels and multiple cultures

* Experience in business improvement and change management

* Highly motivated individual and strategic problem-solver.

* Relentless focus on driving results and implementing recommendations

* Self-starting, hands-on individual who can work independently

* Excellent written and oral communications skills, demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way

* Strong project management skills and ability to drive multiple projects at one time

* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

* Bachelor‘s Degree required, MBA preferred

* Minimum of five years of commercial leadership experience in marketing with strong financial skills focusing on Healthcare and life sciences

* Experience with pharmaceutical operations and/or Quality improvement preferred

* This job will require travel approximately 20％ of the time, including international travel.
